What makes performH2O different from regular bottled water?

This is a sports performance beverage. This is not just water. 

What is the pH level of your water? 

We maintain a neutral pH of 7-7.5. 

Where are your products available? 

Currently, our products are only available for purchase on Amazon.com. You can follow any shop link on our page to be taken to our Amazon listing! We are working to have performH2O available at your local retailers! 

Where do you ship from? 

Our products are all shipped from our own climate controlled facility in Texas. If your order is fulfilled by Amazon, our products will come from one of their many climate controlled facilities across the US. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Currently, we only ship within the US but hang tight and sign up to be contacted when we open our product up to more countries. 

What is your return policy? 

We have a generous 30 day return policy. The customer is responsible for return shipping of the product to receive a refund. Please allow 2 business days after we recieve the return to process your refund. Email us at info@performh2o.com if you have an issue or complaint about the product. We are always happy to help! 

If you purchased our products on Amazon, you will go through their return process and guidelines. We are still available to answer any questions about your Amazon orders!
